(hereinafter referred to as Light Industry Institute Apartment), formerly known as the guest house of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic, is a wholly-owned enterprise of GuangdonIndustry Polytechnic, which started business in 1997.

  The Apartment can receive small and medium-sized group meetings and training. There are three large restaurants on the campus of the Institute. The restaurants include Cantonese food style, North China pasta, Hunan cuisine and roast meat etc.
